This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes what you may and may not do with the ZipFlow website and model API service. By using the Site or Service you agree to follow this policy. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Lawful Use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, this policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited Content
Do not submit, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing; that exploits or harms minors; that promotes violence, terrorism, hate, or self-harm; that is fraudulent, deceptive, or spam; or that violates the rights of any third party.
3. No Unauthorized Resale or Sharing
Do not resell, sublicense, or share raw API access, credentials, or balance with third parties without authorization, and do not offer the Service as a substitute for your own API without permission.
4. No Abuse of the Platform
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, or security controls; do not probe or scan our infrastructure; do not interfere with the operation of the Service; and do not use the Service for credential stuffing, excessive scraping, or denial-of-service activity.
5. Model and License Compliance
The models available on the Service are subject to their applicable licenses. Comply with those license terms and do not use the Service in ways the applicable model license prohibits.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy and may report serious violations to law enforcement. Account holders are responsible for activity conducted under their accounts and API keys.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is violating this policy, report it to support@zipflow.xyz.
