These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the ZipFlow website at https://zipflow.xyz (the Site) and the model API service (the Service). By registering for an account, accessing the Site, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Service.
1. The Service
ZipFlow provides account-based access to AI models through a unified model-inference Base URL, together with a usage dashboard, API key management, billing, top-up, and account settings. The Service is billed in USD on a pay-as-you-go basis: you top up an account balance, and requests are charged against it at the published model prices. Model availability and prices may change at any time.
2. Accounts and API Keys
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys. API keys may be scoped by model, group, IP, and rate limit, and unrestricted keys must be protected accordingly. Notify us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose; to violate the rights of third parties or the policies of underlying model providers; to resell or share raw API access without authorization; to attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls; to send content that is illegal, abusive, or infringing; or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend access to investigate suspected misuse.
4. Payment, Billing, and Refunds
Access to the Service is paid in advance through prepaid top-ups. Top-up amounts are added to your account balance and consumed by usage at the published rates; used credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices for future usage and will communicate material changes through the Site. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and billing disputes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site, Service, and related software and documentation are owned by ZipFlow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. Model outputs are generated by the models available on the Service and may be subject to the applicable model license terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and Service are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content; we do not guarantee the accuracy of model outputs, uninterrupted availability, or the continued availability of any specific model.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to ZipFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by revising the Last updated date and, where practical, notified through the Site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZipFlow operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
